I recently stayed at the Sure Stay Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. So convenient off the interstate, close to restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices. Loved that I could park right outside my room so no need to haul luggage up and down elevator. I didn't need it, but there was a very nice laundry center available and ice machine was convenient and working. This is our family's regular stay when coming through Meridian.
The room was clean. The beds and pillows very comfortable we had a good sleep there. The room did smell musty when we went in so we turned in the air conditioning and that helped a lot. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled so good I really loved it.
Stayed here 1 night with our 2 dogs. We had a convenient first floor room that was clean and met my expectations for the price. Bed was a bit firm for my liking and the free breakfast was just cereal, toast, and hard boiled eggs but it was all fine for a night. Nice big grassy area in front for our dogs, low traffic and quiet.
The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. My wife and I only stay at Best Westerns. This Surestay was a pleasant surprise and we would stay there again if we happen to be going through Meridian.
Clean rooms fairly priced if you need to do laundry don't do it there it's 3:50 a load
We stayed on the way to and from our destination and appreciated this simple, clean, comfortable, quiet, great value motel. It was conveniently located near the interstate, and Sam the motel desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with our room on the first stay, and Sam got it corrected right away. For a no frills motel, this Best Western Sure Stay was just right for us!
This was a last minute decision to stay and was a very good choice. Rooms were clean, staff was very nice and they have a cute patio area for smoking or just sitting there. It was a very enjoyable stay would definitely recommend to anyone!
